I have worked a couple times now with Deanna Fortney over the last 4 years. Deanna has always been great to work with. Deanna really cares about her clients and will be there and support them in whatever they need. Deanna took the time with me to learn what it was I wanted in buying my home. She listened to what I wanted, did the research and then went out and found what I wanted. Deanna has knowledge, Friendliness and is very personal. After I bought my house from Deanna, she is still always there for me, to ask questions, find things out or just as a friend. I see her around town at times and she will always have a big smile on her face. I am grateful I met, worked with and have remained friends with Deanna.

We have been trying to buy a house for almost 10 years. We got in touch with Deanna Fortney about 8 years ago and began our search. Deanna was attentive to our wants and needs and again and again found wonderful houses for us. Each time something would happen on our part. Deanna was patient and soothed US. We would have to work on our credit or save more money for a down payment because the market went up. We would get discouraged but Deanna always encouraged us to keep trying, don't give up. When we were ready she partnered us with a great mortgage consultant who told us don't give up together we're going to do this. We didn't, and because of her we now own a beautiful home. She was right. We just had to save, have faith that the perfect home for us would come along and it would all work out in the end. She is pleasant to work with and listens to your needs and makes things happen to the best of her ability.
